ENGAGE
Focussing on each locality to encourage engagement with artist work in the landscape, targeting young people.
LAND included a key focus on bringing people and artists and their work closer together. By working to directly engage people in experiencing, enjoying and valuing the arts, LAND brought landscape arts to a wider and more diverse audience through partners developing local programmes of projects, workshops and participatory activities. These programmes had a short term impact for direct engagement in addition to fostering longer term engagement, interest and understanding for both arts and environment through our integrated approach.
Over 1000 young people were engaged through LAND’s programme of 40 workshops across 3 countries.
