LAND placed capacity building at the heart of its priorities through training and education for the LAND network of arts and environmental professionals. The exchange of knowledge was key to developing the networks professional skills, experiences, abilities and understanding.  This in turn facilitated greater transnational circulation of cultural and creative works, cross border networking and ultimately enabling people and organisations to gain new skills to enrich professional lives.  Exchange is facilitated as follows:
